Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our shop online and add any bouquets or gifts you wish to buy to your shopping cart. When you have finished your selection, click the Checkout button and you will be asked for a few details we need to complete the order.
We accept debit and credit card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card provider will convert the transaction to your local currency.
We accept most major payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and American Express. You may also order and pay over the phone by calling us.
Orders that are cancelled online or by phone may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When confirmation of order is received, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and therefore a contract between us, when payment has been processed. This term protects us in the event of a pricing error, an incorrect listing, or where we are no longer able to supply a product. If there is a change of price, we will always contact you first to confirm the price is acceptable.
No timed deliveries, except for funeral tributes and weddings.

If you require specific flowers, please telephone at least 24 hours before delivery is required.
Delivery attempts: Orders are delivered once. If the recipient is not at home, the flowers or plant are returned and a delivery note is left for collection. If a neighbour is available and is willing to accept responsibility, we may leave the delivery with them. If the recipient is physically unable to collect, a new delivery date will be arranged at Millexa Blossoms’ earliest convenience.
Millexa Blossoms is not responsible for theft or damage of flowers, plants or sundries if left in a safe place or with a third party at the recipient’s request.

Refunds may occasionally be given at the discretion of management. Due to the perishable nature of our products, you are advised to make any complaint within 1 working day of delivery. We always endeavour to reach an agreement with the recipient, either for a replacement or a refund, depending on the nature of the complaint.
